I really love finding a good magical MG novel, but I’m open to a wide range here. Voicey contemporaries, mystery, magical realism/contemporary fantasy, graphic novels, historical fiction, verse, epistolary. When in doubt, send it my way! #MSWL

2. Women’s Fiction! I’d love to find the next Reese Witherspoon Book Club pick. (This is a WISH list, remember?) I love interesting voices/POVs, dual timelines with a historical feel, rhythmic language, generational sagas. #MSWL

I just read + really liked SHIP OF DOLLS by Shirley Parenteau—I love historical fiction centered around very specific, lesser known moments from history, in this case the Friendship Dolls exchange with Japan in the 20s. Would love to see more stories like this in my inbox! #MSWL
