I read a ton of mystery/thriller/suspense submissions as well as women's fiction & I find that I've become increasingly disappointed when the love interest pops in and it's not a LGBTQ character. Where are my LGBTQ characters? #MSWL
books on negotiation, but for career negotiators, not those negotiating for a job. I'd like books on diversity like White Fragility or So You Want to Talk About Race. I want books by women for women and especially for everyone. #MSWL
