I’d like to see more books by POC & women that are written for ALL business owners & entrepreneurs. #mswl just because a book is written by a woman why do we target only women in the subject?

As you know I've been on the hunt for more #ownvoices and #diversebooks in nonfiction & fiction in mystery, suspense, thriller, upmarket & literary, & women's fiction. #MSWL

I'll be quite honest, I'm tired of the white, male, straight cop. It isn't that I won't read or consider, I'm just bored and I don't want to be bored. Give me the lesbian mother fighting for her child or the POC cop. Give me more women and give me something I haven't seen #MSWL

I'd also like to see fun, sweary, powerful, in your face self-help nonfiction--like YOU ARE A BADASS or THE SUBTLE ART OF NOT GIVING A F**CK, but I'd like them to be written by women. #MSWL

While #ownvoices and #diversebooks have caught on in YA, I'm still struggling to see it in adult and, frankly, that's what I want more of. #MSWL My target genres right now are: literary & upmarket fiction, mystery, suspense, thriller, & women's fiction.
