K, back to the query box. But ya, BEGGING YOU for my LGBTQ+ #HistoricalFiction (#HF) 😉 #MSWL

I'd love to see India #HF. Caste systems. Occupation. Everyday life MG and YA dealt with (and maybe STILL deal with!). Also, #HF Australia, too, (though I'm looking for something lighter there rather than, say, the movie Australia). I'd love aboriginal #ownvoices #HF. #MSWL

OH! And another American one I wouldn't mind: Native American stories. Hint, not just #HF I'm looking for there. #MSWL

I want rebellions, small town adventures, jungle or desert escapades. I want slow burns and I'm okay with some stories that make me cry (in fact, please try to make me cry!). #MSWL

If you must go American, I'd love #HF Hawaii or Alaska. I'd DEFF love South America stories. #MSWL

I also see a ton of US/British. I want new locations, new historic events for some reason neglected in history class. Not interested in US Civil War or Old West. Give me India, Philippines, China, Japan, N/S Korea, Saudi Arabia (FYI, I want contemporary for this, too). #MSWL

I see SO MUCH WWI and WWII plots. GIVE ME LGBTQ+! What happened to nurses who smuggle jews from concentration camps and fall in love? What about soldiers on the front lines who turn lovers? I WANT THEM. This includes Trans characters #MSWL
