#MSWL I'm on the hunt for wildly entertaining literary fiction, narrative nonfiction, and memoir, esp from underrepresented perspectives. Dying to see non-Eurocentric HF, refreshing romcoms a la #CrazyRichAsians, propulsive toxic female friendship stories--omg the list goes on--

I'd love to get more narrative nonfiction with a strong platform. Maybe something pop science-y, psychology-y, true crime, flashy history, memoir. #MSWL

I love both magical realism that's grounded in a contemporary world and immersive magical realism that creates its own world. #MSWL

And please someone write a YA about characters who grapple with an impossible and murky moral decision like the movie "Passengers" #MSWL

I love, love unexpected perspectives on pulled-from-the-headlines situations like Hate List, Boy Toy, The Face on the Milk Carton #MSWL

I want diversity always. Any kind of diversity you have I want. #MSWL

#MSWL I'm still looking for this gem: Maybe a YA fantasy about the lowly shop sweeper or something? Give me a literal "nobody" and make her story remarkable w/o royalty.

Just realized it's #MSWL today! I'd LOVE to see some compelling Adult Narrative NF about a little-known part of history, a story that may be part of a bigger, more well-known story--but not-yet explored.

I studied journalism and will always have a soft spot for it -- I'd love a fascinating and teen-centric narrative journalism story like The 57 Bus, or a celebration of the power of the press like Spotlight #MSWL

For YA, I typically go for a contemporary story, though I also like historical and mysteries. #MSWL

#MSWL Guys, I still need a pirate manuscript in my life ASAP. Who has one they can query me with that's female driven? Bonus points if you have a character with a personality or traits like Tia Dalma/Calypso with a hard pirate/sailing edge.

I'd love to see more contemporary YA and MG that makes me laugh, including, but not exclusively, rom-coms. Additionally, I would love retellings where the story is told with the former antagonist becoming the protagonist. #MSWL
