I'm prioritizing adult fiction. Taking a break from nonfiction submissions, because I've recently signed some amazing authors in nonfiction and need to focus on their projects first.

#MSWL : Nonfiction that turns me into that person at dinner parties. Cold War spy games, true crime that makes me triple-check my locks, pop culture deep dives that make people say how do you even know this? If it sends me into a research spiral at 2 AM, I’m in. #amquerying (1/n)

#MSWL I'm looking for exciting nonfiction from subject matter experts on any topic of popular interest. You should be already a trusted voice on your topic, whether on social media, in a newsletter, or on a podcast.

#MSWL I only represent children’s books, but I work with everything from board books through YA, both fiction and nonfiction. In board and picture books I prefer seeing submissions from author-illustrators.

On the older side for nonfiction, I'd love nonfiction that was more than just what we currently have. I just read ATTACHED (so good) and I am thinking, wow if only I had read this as a kid. Where is the hip #YA NF that makes it cool to know about marketing, psychology, history of tattoos, etc #MSWL

But I also want narrative nonfiction that isn't just biographies. I want to learn things about the world. Chemistry is cool! Also biology *while cool* can be gross and cool. #MSWL #PB

PB nonfiction: I love STEM topics and stories exploring the natural world, but has to be more narrative-driven rather than just facts. I probably have my fill of outer space at the moment, but earthbound subjects and overlooked figures are more than welcome!

I'm currently most interested in contemporary or deeply researched historical literary/upmarket fiction by BIPOC writers and nonfiction from authors with existing platforms or previous publications (including academics), and I'm closed to kidlit except by referral or request #MSWL
