@BookEndsJessica If you want the same book but with a different author, that's toeing the line of plagerism. If the information is not gender specific, what is the point of a gender specific author? Do readers care about gender or only the validity of the information?

I think you'll find in any #MSWL nobody wants "the same" book with a different author. We want a book that's as powerful and compelling as the one that touched us, but a different author would write a different book certainly.

As a woman in business, I read business books & listen to podcasts & seek out those by women. But I’m discouraged that most are still written by white men. Is there a belief that the audience for these books will only read white men?

I’d like to see more books by POC & women that are written for ALL business owners & entrepreneurs. #mswl just because a book is written by a woman why do we target only women in the subject?
