Stiefvater has the perfect voice for fantasy the never feels like a fantasy. Her books feel REAL. Like anything in them can actually happen in real life. Also, again, her characters are REAL. They don't feel fake or two dimensional.

All this to say, I look for "real" characters, inclusivity, and worlds that feel real and accessible. #askagent #mswl
