As chilling as it is beautiful. #MSWL
I don’t want military or political thrillers. Think more psychological or something that leans more to the literary side.
What I would really find special would be a destination horror. For example, the Island of the Dolls in Mexico City would be an amazing setting. Give me more that the typical US spots. The darker, creepier, and more gothic it is...the better.
My favorite horror is definitely more psychological. Real people becoming monsters—Ma, Us, and Get Out are perfect examples of this.
Truth be told I love campy, tropey horror. Some favorite campy movies of are Cabin in the Woods and Evil Dead.

Inspired by Sherlock’s sister ENOLA HOLMES, we installed statues in cities around the UK celebrating the real-life sisters of famous figures whose prestigious achievements have been overshadowed in the history books by their more widely known brothers. pic.twitter.com/yrCkbhlQrT#MSWL this entire thread

“I’d love to see a MG or YA spin doctor. Think the energy of Shirley and Jamila Save Their Summer meets the Good Wife's Eli Gold.” @readbystephanie #MSWL psliterary.com/submissions/
And I am ALWAYS looking for #ownvoices and a diverse set of characters to these stories. Let teens ALL be able to see themselves in the books they read.❤️
Friends to enemies or enemies to friends where the two aren’t just fighting over some guy. Think Trinkets —which is so amazing and I need the new season now!
I love relationships that grow stronger over time, so having a YA or MG story along the lines of Schitt’s Creek would blow my mind!
