Every year I give my assistant and/or interns a copy of Dear Genius. Instead, it would be awesome to give them a classic, informed tome to help guide them through this business in ways that I never will be able to personally.

It's the holiday season, so I'll put a #MSWL out into the world: I'd love to have a new #DearGenius out in the market BUT written by one of our great editors of color. A memoir, a how-to, a narrative guide to succeeding in this business from a POV beyond the white center. (1/2)
