7. I'm a fan of tons of tropes, but honestly, I love a good rejected mate style story as long as there is either a) A FANTASTC grovel/begging for forgiveness or b) the heroine dumps their "fated" mate and finds someone SO MUCH BETTER, SO THERE.

6. Guys, I'm being super vulnerable here, but? I just can't quit contemporary omegaverse romance. I am determined to sell one to NY. Preferably with a terrible pun on the word Knot in the title.

5. AANHPI heroes and heroines. Please! My dad was born on Guam and I am of partial Chamorro and Japanese descent. I would love to rep Asian authors. And if the hero looks like Manny Jacinto, EVEN BETTER.

4. A pastry chef hero/heroine. But particularly a hero. I mean, COME ON.

3. Books with artist heroes/heroines. I don';t know why I love it, I just do! Something about a creative type just does it for me.

2. Rockstar romances. And by this, I mean books that actively take place in the music industry, show touring life, shows, songwriting, etc. I don't want wallpaper rockstar romances!

1: Kpop romances. I am so serious here. I have read some great self-pub and trad pubbed kpop romances, BUT I NEED MORE. The world needs more!

MIDDLE GRADE

I’m very selective with MG and am primarily looking for heartfelt, lyrical contemporary right now. I am also open to speculative fiction in MG with a preference for contemporary fantasy—I have a soft spot for quirky or snarky characters/voices in this space.

In YA, I am NOT typically the right fit for historical, high fantasy or sci-fi with heavy worldbuilding, European-inspired fantasy settings, Arthurian retellings, space operas, dystopian, teen pregnancy stories, eating disorders, horse books, zombies.

In YA I’m also looking for:
