I would LOVE to see chronic illness rep in any genre or age group and especially if it’s an autoimmune disease or gastrointestinal but I’m biased I guess #MSWL

When I reopen to queries in March, I’d like to see more adult romance & I want to see more bi, pan, and demi MCs too 🌈✨ #mswl

I would really like to see stories with complicated family dynamics where blood is not necessarily thicker than water #MSWL

I would love more MG fantasy in my inbox #MSWL 😊 also romance (adult not YA)

Bob’s Burgers is such a comfort show for me. I’d love to see more sibling dynamics like Louise, Gene & Tina’s and more MG characters with Louise’s fearlessness, humour, and sarcasm #MSWL

Give me SKINS, DEGRASSI, DERRY GIRLS, ONE TREE HILL, MY MAD FAT DIARY #MSWL

Anything comparable to WEDNESDAY, SCREAM, or FEAR STREET #MSWL

Other things I’d like to see
- YA stories set in boarding schools
- stories set in the Fall in where season is a character almost
- stories set in Northeastern small, Gothic towns
- stories about secret cults or societies

Something similar to the NATIONAL TREASURE, THE MUMMY, or INDIANA JONES movies #MSWL could be a twist in any age group

As stated on my #MSWL on the official MSWL website and the Metamorphosis website, as far as fantasy I’m really only looking for magical realism and urban fantasy. I prefer low fantasy and if it’s very high concept it’s probably not for me.
