Mystery/suspense – I really like creepy, gothic suspense like A FORGERY OF ROSES. And GALLANT—it feels like gothic, fantasy, & horror all in one! Anything that comps to CRIMSON PEAK is always on my list—creepy manor, period piece, lots of secrets, ghosts, some romance!

Hello twitterverse! I am now very selectively looking for adult fantasy. I read a lot of adult high fantasy as a teen and still love it. I often am drawn to unique epic fantasy with a strong heroine as the MC as well as a romance subplot. #MSWL

I was an Anthropology minor who loved me some Indian Jones, Nathan Drake (Uncharted) and Lara Croft (Tomb Raider). Lara Croft is tip-top on my mind as I just played Shadow of the Tomb Raider AND because she's a kick-ass, tough as nails heroine with flaws (she's human after all).

So, #MSWL! Give me some puzzles, centuries old folklore and history/ancient cultures, high stakes, cool artifacts/treasure, globe trotting, danger and a Lara Croft-esque lead. Maybe add in some romance :)
