Relatedly, I would LOVE nothing more than to see a YA novel where a young dancer calls out the stereotypical, racist caricatures in THE NUTCRACKER and designs to change them. 💪 If you’ve written that, don’t even send me a sample, send me the whole darn thing. #MSWL #amquerying

I would LOVE a YA novel about dance that shows just how much dedication and discipline it takes, the mindset that is necessary, while also discussing the privilege needed to participate at an elite level. I’ll be super picky about this as a former dancer. #MSWL
