I updated my #MSWL page for the first time in... a decade? And I'm looking forward to reading some great submissions in 2024.
Agents, among other things, I'd love to find a feel-good underdog sports story to weep over and/or edit. Hit me up! manuscriptwishlist.com/mswl-post/katherine-harrison/

Agents! I'm in the mood for an epic, can't-live-without-you, every-moment-we're-apart-is-agony, be-still-my-beating-heart romance, ideally in a fantasy world. I want tension, I want tears, I want to ache with longing. #MSWLShamelessly piggybacking on this excellent #MSWL! Agents, send this to both of us and we'll have an auction 😂

I recently learned that Scrub Daddies are a choice product for crime scene cleaners. I also recently learned there are crime scene cleaning influencers. This current era of social media is fascinating because everything is content™️.Not that I work on graphic novels or crime fiction much, BUT.... someone clearly needs to write a novel about a crime scene cleaner who cracks cases and rises to influencer fame! #mswl

Am I the Asshole? @AITA_reddit
AITA for making my son give up the signifiers of wealth at school (designer clothes and sneakers, being driven in nice cars) because he was making fun of kids for being less wealthy than us? bit.ly/3jJx1hy pic.twitter.com/yIYyCWGTkgKind of want this epic punishment to be the starting point for a YA novel. Dual perspectives to show the POV of the kid he ridiculed, naturally #mswl

So jealous the girl with the green ribbon could take her brain off. pic.twitter.com/aVUkI3krKrThis post reminds me that I need one of you YA authors to write a creepy gothic retelling of the story of green ribbon girl. Maybe a graphic novel?!? #mswl

Falatkos in every window checking out my new best friend, baby squirrel. pic.twitter.com/KoewwdjL4tBig #MSWL energy for a middle grade caper about neighborhood kids solving a mystery while social distancing, so they can only communicate through windows and tin cans connected by string. REAR WINDOW meets LITTLE RASCALS. Someone write it, I beseech you!

I know we're all about Hades/Persephone but you know what Greek mythology couple doesn't get the appreciation they deserve? Ariadne and Dionysus. Girl gets stranded on an island by the fuckboi "hero" who couldn't find his way out of a paper bag and runs off with the God of Wine.THE LOVE AFFAIRS OF NATHANIEL P meets HADESTOWN just shot to the top of my #MSWL
