you may also have seen such hits as LitRPG, Afrofuturism, and Folklore/Fairytale retellings on my official MSWL, and tbh literally all of the these and more can be combined with the above specific genres and I'd be down. I love genre crossovers and books that are more than face value!

BIG MECH SUITS

so obviously this is a SF genre but legit I want something like Pacific Rim (the first movie not the terrible sequel) or Gurren Lagann.

GUNDAM is fun, but I'm looking for less political/military vibes and more kaiju/teamwork vibes, or even smth on building your own mech (Ironheart)
