I'm not actively looking for new MG at this time, and I'm being selective with new YA but still very excited about the ones I get excited about. Send me your contemporaries & your very fresh-feeling fantasy in particular!

Several of my YA romance writers are pivoting to adult and I am having a great time with it, so I'm opening to adult rom-coms for the first time! Still not the best fit for genre romance, but send me your funny, layered, high-concept mainstream rom-coms.

Big fascinating SFF with a moment that grabs you by the throat, like EMPIRE OF EXILES or the forthcoming THESE BURNING STARS - or, not on my list, THE TRAITOR BARU CORMORANT or GIDEON THE NINTH.

Ok, I'm still in the process of getting set up for this, but since it's #MSWL day: I am planning to reopen for queries for the first ten days of every month, beginning in March! Here's what I'm particularly excited about these days:

One reason I loved The Magicians is how it reminded me of the fantasy novels I loved so much as a teen - the ones that reflected my sadness, my sense of dislocation, in a magical world that transformed the MC. Send me that in YA & MG. #mswl
