I love all types and age ranges of horror, but I don’t get a lot of these submissions in YA! I’d love to see more of them.

Basically hypernormalisation against a dystopian setting. #MSWL #YA

-Dystopian in Adult and YA. This seems to be coming back! I prefer ones with action and social commentary, think Hunger Games. #MSWL

-Adult Mystery. I sold several I had on submission lately and really want to fill out my list here. Priority to mystery outside the U.S., younger protagonists, and diversity, especially queer and BIPOC. #MSWL I'm drawn to lighter mystery over crime or police stories.

-horror with social commentary as opposed to being just highly commercial. horror with romance. Diverse horror. This is in YA and Adult. #MSWL

-YA sports romance or contemporary romance. I really like almost all sports so pretty open here. Priority for sweet, light, romance plots, also queer and BIPOC stories. #MSWL

-Romantasy with some spice (a few scenes), though I'm usually more comfortable with longing and angst than actual spice. Priority here for outside of Europe, queer, and BIPOC. #MSWL

-Queer stories in every genre I'm opening to. I've sold most of the queer stories on my list and would love to find more.

-I have several cozy fantasy/science fiction on my list already so I'm looking for diverse cozy SFF this time. I'd love a queer cozy or BIPOC cozy fantasy or science fiction with a great romance. I usually prefer romance secondary to plot, not the whole plot. #MSWL
