Carlisle Webber @carliebethIt’s #WishlistWednesday, so here are the types of books I’m hoping to sign in 2021 #MSWL #amquerying
In general, I want commercial #fiction for MG, YA, and adult: contemporary, mystery, thriller, suspense, horror
MG and YA body-centric books. Characters who discover a sport/activity they love, or who feel betrayed by their changing body, or who have to adapt after any kind of body change #MSWL #WishlistWednesday
More than anything else, I want a book to make me feel something. I'm up for all kinds of characters and stories, but it's more important that I'm swept into their story. Scare me! Make me laugh! Make me stay up late turning pages. #MSWL
#MSWL Lately I seem to be watching a lot of TV centered on brothers (Prison Break, Mayans M.C., Supernatural, etc.) so I would love to see a brothers book. Or a bromance. I like sister books, too. I have two of them. (Sisters, not books.)
For #MSWL day, here's my current list: I am always looking for high-concept commercial fiction for MG, YA, adult. Favorite genres are horror, mystery, suspense, thriller, and contemporary.
I saw Psycho on the big screen tonight and it makes me think 1: I want more human horror and 2: I also want unhealthy mother son relationship books. Demons I get. People are crazy. #MSWL #WishlistWednesday
Erin Eliza👻Booth Grimoire 💕🎃🏳️🌈💀 @kitsune_ramblesCan we start a YA trope called "ridiculously powerful girls and the sweet yet deadly boys who gladly walk through fire to kneel at their feet" because that's what we need in 2018 thank you for coming to my TEDTalk.
