YA/NA #MSWL: I am looking for a horror from a BIPOC writer that can be comp’d to The Hacienda/Mexican Gothic/She Is a Haunting/Bad Witch Burning. And YA contemporary fantasies from BIPOC writers who are also interested in writing MG.

MG #MSWL: I am looking for a grounded science fiction story set five minutes in the future that’s Super 8 meets The Arrival/Tales From The Loop/DEVS (but from an MG perspective), and which also includes a strong parental presence.
