Your run of the mill enemies to lovers story where the villain is obsessed with the heroine except this is the second iteration of the story; they were lovers before but she died in his arms so he went back in time and chose evil because maybe if she hates him, she’ll live.Love this. Enemies to lovers (& vice versa) is a trope I'm a huge sucker for, not to mention sympathetic villains (like Xu Wenwu) and heroes who are willing to be perceived as or who become villainous for noble reasons in the vein of The Dark Knight or Simon/Ice King #mswl

This proposed national bill is sickening. To deem LGBTQ people as inappropriate for children, many of whom are young LGBTQ people themselves, is to call for the erasure of an entire population of people. We're already seeing this devastating quest for erasure with the book bans. twitter.com/Esqueer_/statu…Have a pile of submissions to get to but a #mswl that's been on my heart ever since my trans/NB partner told me they've never seen themself reflected in lit: more books (PB, MG, YA, GN) featuring genderqueer main characters pls. There's power in lit, and the fascists know it.
