as a gal with many straight, strictly platonic, male best friends, I would love to see more of that in both YA and Adult #MSWL

#MSWL: #ownvoices #MG or #YA protagonists with chronic illness, pain, and/or a disability in a story not focused on that, and where no one dies--it's just a part of life. This kind of rep is important to me & I rarely see it in subs or published books.YA only for me, but please yes this. If I had read more representations of chronic pain when I was younger I probably wouldn't have believed my pediatrician when he said "you're too young to have back problems". #MSWL

A scary, funny YA novel about a banshee. Think Crazy Head meets Teen Wolf (if Lydia was the protagonist). #mswl
