👉 Bold, imaginative, PBs from author-illustrators
👉 Latinx, BIPOC, marginalized author-illustrators
👉 Laugh-out-loud funny PBs—smart, clever humor (no fart books or potty humor plz) (1/4)

-More illustrators or author/illustrators, especially marginalized
-Poetic, lyrical PBs (but not rhyme) with lots of layers and heart
-Creepy, spooky ghost stories (Adult/New Adult)
-Gorgeous prose but highly commercial concepts across the board

#PBpitch is coming up so here are some of the types of stories I’m on the lookout for:

Picture books…

-heartfelt family messages
-anything musical
