Though I’ve made an effort to change that over the last several years, I can’t buy what isn’t being published. I hope after reading this column, you’ll join me in asking publishers for more cookbooks from more diverse places, written by the people from those places.On the same wavelength--give me a narrative that ties food with memoir. Or! A novel! That ties food! With story! More like Mistress of Spices, The Particular Sadness... Pardon the pun, but I'm ravenous #MSWL
