Q2: I am tired of seeing the trope "human thinks they are normal but turns out there are not and then they team up with others like them". It has a problematic starting point and until I see something fresh about this, it's a pass #tenqueries

Q1: Interesting premise, and the mechanical writing is solid. But the author doesn't allow the character to react to the actions of the plot. YA Fantasy Pass #tenqueries

Q10: YA Fantasy. Not convinced vampires are ready for a comeback yet. And the writing didn't have that fantasy feeling that I need in my fantasies. Pass. #tenqueries

Q3: YA Fantasy. The query was good, but the writing is actually not as strong. The word choices are weird. Read on a but further and I think the novel starts in the wrong spot. Since it wasn't the strongest sample, I am going to pass. #tenqueries
