Some other favorite parts include: reading and falling in love with a brand new manuscript on submission. #LxPChat

My favorite part is... well... editing! Reading and working with the manuscript to make it the best it can be. #LxPChat

In short: communication. I read and respond to their writing: asking questions, making suggestions, and being their cheerleader. #LxPChat

I do accept queries from agent-less authors. With that said, the stronger the query, the more likely I'll keep reading. #LxPChat

I work on a little bit of everything on the adult side: romance, mysteries, upmarket fiction, the list goes on... #LxPChat

I LOVE stories told through text & art (including novels). In that case we work on ways the text enhances art and art enhances text #lxpchat
