No shade to the many brilliant books that address trauma but this year I’d love to have more subs that don’t claim this as their key feature. Playfulness, irreverence, something sweet, sharp, fresh, smart. Please. Or gothic and dark and twisty. Just…a bit less trauma.There you go, that’s my #MSWL - plus crime, lots of crime.
