I must once again shout into the ether that I do not represent text-only picture book projects. Lots of agents do, just not me! My inbox is wild enough without having to weed through projects that don't meet my guidelines. A #querytip heading into 2021: read submission guidelines! I鈥檓 seeing an uptick in queries with no material, and I can鈥檛 consider your book without a sense of your writing. I ask for first chapter attached, but any equivalent amount (5-15 pgs) works fine. #amquerying
