I think it is fair to wait for a week for the author's decision. Some ask for two weeks to check with other agents. #querywin #agentlife

Advice: in any agency contract be clear about the scope, commission, termination clause. If they are not clear, ask. #querywin #agentlife

If they have any questions at all, we'll schedule another call. Since I'm a member of the AAR,I follow their standards. #querywin #agentlife
