Hey agents! I updated my #MSWL for the New Year - I'm accepting YA, MG, and PB, looking for character-driven SF/F and contemporary stories. I'd love to hear from you, hop on the phone, or grab coffee sometime! nicolefiorica.wordpress.com/mswl/
NERDY @nerdyasiansamerican history books have forgotten her, but susan ahn cuddy was the first female gunnery officer of any ethnicity in the u.s. navy. she joined the navy in 1942 and served until 1946, reaching the rank of lieutenant. she really deserves to be remembered. pic.twitter.com/C475lDaxB7
Ahem! #MSWL: Picture book biography of Susan Ahn Cuddy. (The Kendall Family is a Navy family.)
Hi all! Here is my current #mswl! In short, I'm focused on developing four areas of my clientele in 2019: (1) PB author-illustrators; (2) MG fiction; (3) Graphic novels; and (4) Nonfiction across all kid lit genres. Hit me up, queryers! cleliagore.com/2019/01/11/201…
john w. rudolph @johnwrudolphHappy New Year! For 2019, I thought I'd throw out some #MSWL ideas for writers. Broadly, I'm looking for all kinds of picture books by author/illustrators, MG, YA, Childrens' NF, Adult Narrative NF, and adult Lit Fiction. Details thread follows:
Another #MSWL for 2019! (Be sure you're following all our agents so you can keep up to date on their clients and interests.)
YA: Much the same as MG--humor, realistic teen stories, #ownvoices, adventure, sci-fi. Also, love a good teen romance, horror, mystery, but not super-dark.
Children's NF at all levels: curriculum tie-ins, PB bios, multicultural history, science, sports, pop culture.
For picture book clients, I'm looking for professional artists and illustrators who can write their own texts. Texts should run 500 words or so. Character-driven stories, stories about identity, animals, emotions. Avoid lists, holidays, rhyme. #MSWL

Opening up our @DA_Childrens submissions for 2019! If you're working on an #ownvoices #MG adventure with an unusual mythology, a diverse #YA that's as funny as Louise Rennison, some ground-breaking children's #nonfiction #PB or ANYTHING ELSE #kidlit send it my way #MSWL
This year, I'd love to see more trade non-fiction for children and teens that goes beyond a traditional biography! Show me science, history, cultural movements, our planet, etc. in ways I haven't seen before! (bonus points if it's a graphic novel!) #NonFiction #pb #mg #ya #mswl
Kerri Sandaine @newsfromkerriThis is my cousin’s new little neighborhood library in Coeur d’Alene. She had to remove a 100-year-old tree and made good use of the stump. Isn’t it cool? pic.twitter.com/ezO3Nfzqpl
Omg...I would love to see a picture book about a magical little neighborhood library tucked into a 100-year-old tree. #mswl
Andrea Walker @_AndreaWalker_While working on my shiny new website & compiling my #MSWL for 2019, I noticed one theme transcending the categories: outer space.
I’ll expand on this a bit but please note, I’m NOT open to queries at this time. By referral only.
I’d love a #PB that’s a lyrical exploration of the stars, moon, and/or Mars.
A #MG at space camp.
Or #YA Historical in a town close to the Kennedy Space Center during the Apollo program.
Nonfiction- anything and everything space
#MSWL for 2019
Adria Goetz @adriamgoetzIs there already a picture book out there about the Icelandic tradition of Jolabokaflod? If not... #MSWL pic.twitter.com/qSzolsBTxN
