I feel like I've been seeing so many dark books lately that I would like something lighter. Not chick lit light, but Other People's Houses or Crazy Rich Asians light. #mswl

I want books set in other countries that teach me about the culture, from more serious women's fiction #WF to fun fiction like Crazy Rich Asians. I LOVE learning about other worlds and cultures. #mswl

I also like the idea, as with those memoirs, that it's not always a woman grieving the death of a husband. What about a child? a parent? a best friend? a marriage? a lifestyle? There are so many other people and things we grieve #MSWL

I would like stories on grief in fiction #MSWL, but I want them taken to the next level. I want to see someone do something extreme.

for example, I'm always fascinated and interested in books on grief, but I feel that most of what I see are just a rehash of the same thing. It all feels like a standard grief journey #MSWL

The hard thing about a call for a book is that it's not about finding a book with those themes, it's finding a book that does it in a completely different way. #MSWL

It's one thing to give me a story about a mother, but I want an against-all-odds story, about a mother or otherwise #MSWL

It's crazy how often I've called out for mother stories and yet I don't feel like I get enough, especially with the emotional ooomph I'm looking for #MSWL

In that same vein, I like the idea of a mother fighting through something like that, survival either with children in tow or knowing that she needs to get to her children #MSWL

In fact, I like survival books of all sorts. Someone lost in the wilderness maybe after a plane crash or something similar #MSWL

I love the idea of seeing how people survive in a crisis of epic proportions and potentially of our own making #mswl

Having just finished reading Dry by Neal Shusterman & Jarrod Shusterman I am obsessed with finding something similar with an adult perspective (YA versions should go to @TracyMarchini ) #MSWL

I am also looking for a transgender family story--a family going through a child's transition or a child with a transgender parent #MSWL #AskAgent I'm sure the list could go on. lol

I'm still looking for domestic suspense, but am tired of the husband/wife scenario. I'd like one featuring a mother and child or a friendship. #askagent #MSWL

Does it just have to be one dream submission? I'd love a dual timeline women's fiction too, but ala Next Year in Havana featuring diverse voices. #askagent #MSWL
